Rthirteen are proudly assisting a well-known charity in their search for a HR Administrator to join their team in Camberwell, London. The focus of this role will be the provision of HR support and administration to the business assisting with staff onboarding, leaving and internal transfers.

Duties to include:

  • Assisting in the onboarding of new employees including carrying out new starter checks, creation of HR records, drafting contracts etc..
  • Processing internal transfers where appropriate.
  • Accurately updating records, ensuring information is up to date.
  • Drafting contract amendment letters, ensuring these are received and agreed by staff.
  • Timely processing of business leavers, liaising with them to agree leaving date and any final terms.
  • Working in collaboration with members of HR to promote HR best practice.
  • Assisting in the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Carrying out ad-hoc HR projects as directed.

You will have/be:

  • Proven administrative experience ideally from within a HR department.
  • Experience setting up monitoring and reporting systems.
  • A HR qualification or willingness to undertake one.
  • Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word & Excel.
  • Solid understanding of ‘Right to Work in the UK’ requirements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across all business levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A team player, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 hours per week (hybrid working/flexible hours with a min of 2 days in the office). The offered salary for this position is £22,847 per annum. This role also offers 30 days holiday + bank holidays.  Ongoing training and development will be provided.
