R13 recruitment are partnering with a fast paced and dynamic marketing agency in their search for an experienced PR Account Director. The focus of this role will be to provide support to a range of PR accounts, delivering strategies that meet their needs and ensuring they receive a quality service.

The suitable candidate will be a highly creative and a confident communicator, who is passionate about wowing clients and exceeding their expectations, delivering high quality work every time. You will play a key role in the growth and development of the agency, get to work with some leading UK brands and be offered training plans for career development.  

**The ideal applicant will be either be working at a similar level currently or an existing Account Manager looking to make that next step in their career!

Duties to include:

  • Leading, managing and delivering work for a portfolio of PR accounts.
  • Acting as the key point of contact for your accounts.
  • Developing and delivering engaging PR strategies that meet client objectives.
  • Carrying out reporting and measuring the success of campaigns for clients.
  • Utilising your creative mindset to come up with exciting content ideas.
  • Collaborating with the wider team to develop the agency’s PR offering.
  • Proactively seeking to grow revenue streams from current clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Delivering written copy, ensuring a high standard of writing and grammar.

You will have/be:

  • At least 1 years’ experience managing client PR accounts.
  • Previous agency experience would be ideal.
  • Proven writing skills, with the ability to produce engaging copy requiring minimal amends
  • Communication skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Able to exercise initiative when performing tasks in the office and prioritise own workload
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks
  • Organised, team player, self-starter, ambitious and committed
  • IT literate, including the use of Microsoft Office.

This is a full time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, with flexible and remote working options available. The agency are based in Norfolk, but the successful applicant can work predominantly remote with fortnightly/monthly visits to the office required.
