Responsible for the service desk team, you will plan and direct daily operational activities, ensure customer service expectations are continually exceeded, and drive efficiency throughout the team.
You will be a natural leader with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels. Your strong IT skills will support you in making a real difference to the team.

This is a full time, permanent position with an offered salary of up to £60,000 pending on experience.
