Rthirteen are currently supporting a growing brand in their search for a Customer Service Assistant. This role will require you to provide outstanding service to a range of customers.

This is amazing opportunity for the successful candidate to join an experienced/supportive team based in Snetterton. You will be able to develop skills and provide outstanding customer service within a fantastic organisation.

Duties will include:

  • Handling incoming customer calls and dealing with their queries in a calm, efficient manner.
  • Processing customer orders, both online and through the phone.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing emails.
  • Providing Live Chat support to customers.

You will have/be:

  • Proven customer service experience and a passion for delivering great service.
  • The ability to build good rapport with customers.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Able take the initiative and make decisions that are right for customers.
  • Work well within a team and communicate openly with others.
  • Build relationships with colleagues to create a team spirit, having fun and celebrating success.
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office.
  • UK driving license and own transport.

This is a full-time roll operating on a shift pattern, 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm. Some weekend work will be required.
